Hosted, structured and easy to join.
Our socials run for three hours, with a Ladies Host and Gentlemen Host there to welcome guests, guide the flow and help the room feel natural.
We use light ice-breakers, conversation prompts and a rotating mix of mini games to get people talking, while leaving plenty of space for real conversations to happen naturally.

All In Good Company Experiences Ltd was created in Cardiff with a simple belief: people still want to meet, connect, laugh, grow and experience life properly, not just through screens.
We design and support experiences that feel warm, welcoming and human, from social events and community-led gatherings to business improvement, project support and people-focused delivery.
Our aim is to create spaces where people feel relaxed, included and confident enough to show up as themselves.

We want every guest to feel welcome, relaxed and respected.
By attending our events, guests agree to behave in a friendly, respectful and no-pressure way. Lady-like and gentlemanly behaviour is appreciated, and we ask everyone to treat other guests, hosts, venue staff and the space with courtesy.
Please respect personal boundaries. No means no. If someone is not interested in continuing a conversation, please move on gracefully.
We do not accept aggressive behaviour, harassment, unwanted physical contact, excessive intoxication, abusive language, discrimination, or anything that makes another guest feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Our hosts and venue partners may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if their behaviour does not meet the spirit of the event.
